feat: Add quick test and setup scripts for Java Code Reviewer MCP Server

- Created quick-test.sh for building and testing the server startup.
- Added setup-cursor.sh for configuring the MCP server in Cursor IDE.
- Updated src/index.ts to improve code formatting and consistency.
- Enhanced wiki-fetcher.ts to include better error handling and demo standards fallback.
- Introduced test-interactive.mjs for manual testing of the MCP server functionality.
